3. Requirement for laying the foundation
Flat pack buildings don’t need too high foundation requirements.Even for the flat ground, there is no need to lay the foundation. The prefabricated K house or T type house has strict requirements on the foundation, and it is necessary to use 300mmX300mm to cast concrete foundation. Given that the soil is too soft, it is necessary to strengthen the foundation to prevent risks no matter what kind of buildings they are.
4. Function
They have different magnitude of wind resistance and anti-seismic, flat pack buildings with magnitude 11 and magnitude 8 separately, prefabricated house with magnitude 9 and magnitude 7 separately. What’s more, flat pack house have better waterproof,fireproof,heat insulation and sound insulation than prefab house.
